Q: In which city surprizekart offering deliveries?
A: We are currently offering deliveries in Hydrabad, Delhi working on expansion and soon will be available in all major cities of India.
Q: Which mode of payments is available for customers?
A: You need to pay online while placing orders; we only accept online payments through all cards issued by all major banks in India.
Q: How can I reschedule / cancel the order?
A: You need to go through the rescheduling and cancellation policy available on every package details page, in case you could not find, get in touch with customer support with your order id.
Q: Can I pickup my order from surprizekart store?
A: No, currently pickup stores are not available. You need to wait and get it delivered at your preferred location as per the schedule, but you can coordinate with the Delivery Associate to collect and handover the surprise to your loved ones with your hands.
Q: Can I choose a specific time of delivery?
A: Yes, you can choose from 6 available time slots, and the order shall be delivered within that specific time slot.
Q: Do we charge any extra delivery charges?
A: All the package prices are inclusive of delivery charges, but if you opt for delivery in the first 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and the last 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM time slot, a surcharge of 10% shall be charged.
Q: Can I get the customized decoration as per my theme?
A: Yes, you need to share the images of the decoration you wish to be done. Our experts will check availability and quote a price for the same.
