Cancellation before 24 hours of delivery time slot starts, 95% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation within 6 to 24 hours before delivery time starts, 50% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation in the last 6 hours before delivery time starts, no refunds shall be made.
No cancellation on orders booked for Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine's Day and other National Holidays.
In case of Rain / Thunderstorm / Sandstorm or any act of God, only rescheduling will be entertained and no cancellation will be done.
Cancellation requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at connect@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To cancel an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message “I wish to cancel my order, kindly process the refund as per the cancellation policy of the company”.
Do not forget to mention in subject “order cancellation with order id”, if you are writing a fresh email requesting cancellation.
