Cancellation before 24 hours of experience scheduled time, 95% of the total amount shall be refunded to the same bank account within 7 to 10 days. It applies to decoration and delivery packages.
Cancellation within 6 to 24 hours before experience scheduled time, 50% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation In the last 6 hours before experience scheduled time: No refunds shall be made.
No Cancellation on experiences booked for date 13th & 14th Feb, 25th Dec & 31st Dec, 1st Jan & 26th Jan.
Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at email@example.com with Order Id.
In case of Rain/Thunderstorm or Any other act of God, only reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done.
To cancel or rescheduling a booking, kindly reply on the booking confirmation email with message "I wish to cancel my experience, kindly process the refund as per the policy" in other case "Kindly reschedule my experience to DD:MM:YEAR at 00:00 hours as per the policy".
Do not forget to mentioned the booking id in your cancellation / rescheduling email.
