Points To Note

The balloon shall be pumped on your location, you need to provide and electric socket.
You need to provide a wall, as this particular package requires wall for decoration.
If you don’t want to provide wall for decoration, you can take stand as addon from customization.
An attendant must be present while decoration being done at your location.

Cancellation before 24 hours of delivery time slot starts, 95% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation within 6 to 24 hours before delivery time starts, 50% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation in the last 6 hours before delivery time starts, no refunds shall be made.
No cancellation on orders booked for Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine's Day and other National Holidays.
In case of Rain / Thunderstorm / Sandstorm or any act of God, only rescheduling will be entertained and no cancellation will be done.
Cancellation requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at connect@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To cancel an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message “I wish to cancel my order, kindly process the refund as per the cancellation policy of the company”.
Do not forget to mention in subject “order cancellation with order id”, if you are writing a fresh email requesting cancellation.

24 hours before delivery time starts, Rescheduling shall be done without an extra fee.
In the last 24 hours before delivery time starts, Rescheduling not possible.

Rescheduling requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at connect@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To reschedule an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message “I wish to reschedule my order, kindly reschedule my order to DD:MM:YYYY at 00:00 hours as per the rescheduling policy of the company”.
Do not forget to mention in subject “order rescheduling with order id”, if you are writing a fresh email requesting reschedule.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment based on cancellation policy stated in every package details and the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card / debit card.
