Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


The order shall be delivered by our delivery associate to the address/location provided during order placement within the chosen time slot. If the customer fails to receive the order within the chosen time slot without prior rescheduling request made at least 24 hours before the delivery time, no refund shall be issued from our side. Same-day delivery in another time slot is subject to the availability of delivery associates.


We have different rescheduling/cancellation policies for various categories. Please review the rescheduling/cancellation policy of the specific package you choose before placing your order. This information is available on every package details page.


Refunds will only be initiated for orders that meet our cancellation policy and will be processed within 10 days from our side.
